From Raw Materials to Finished Products – Precision at Every Step
STEP 01
Raw Material Preparation
At Craft Tableware, every product starts with carefully selected raw materials. High-quality paper, reclaimed bagasse fiber, and PLA coatings are thoroughly inspected to ensure uniformity, durability, and compliance with food safety standards.
STEP 02
Coating & Laminating
Once raw materials are ready, moisture-resistant coatings are applied to enhance product performance. PLA or other eco-friendly coatings create a protective barrier, ensuring cups, bowls, and takeaway containers remain leak-proof and maintain structural integrity.
STEP 03
Slitting & Cutting
Sheets are then precisely slit and cut to exact dimensions, a step that reduces material waste while ensuring consistent sizing. This precision supports efficient assembly and forming processes downstream, allowing clients to receive products that are uniform and compatible with automated packing or foodservice operations.
STEP 04
Printing
Food-safe, PFAS-free inks are applied for branding, logos, or custom designs. This step allows private-label clients and retailers to reinforce their brand identity while maintaining compliance with strict food safety regulations. Every print is carefully controlled for color accuracy and durability, so products look great from production to point-of-sale.
STEP 05
Die-Cutting & Forming
Finally, the sheets are molded and die-cut into their final shapes using high-pressure forming. This process ensures consistent wall thickness, structural strength, and precise fitting for lids or other components. Clients receive tableware that performs reliably in hot and cold applications, delivering a premium experience to end-users while supporting operational efficiency.
